TERMS & CONDITIONS

Ticket Options:

• ALL DAY (3 Days Concert) – Php 700
• ONE-DAY PASS (April 9 / 11 / 12) – Php 300

Group Chat Access:

• A QR Code or Link to the group chat will be sent to your registered email once your slot is confirmed.
• Main GC: Telegram (Messenger GC will be used as an alternative if you don’t have Telegram).

Streaming Details:

• Stream will be on TWITCH.
• Streaming link will be provided 3–5 minutes before the concert starts.
• DO NOT SHARE the stream link. It is private and for your use only.
• Internet connection is the responsibility of the viewer. No refunds for technical issues on the user’s end.

Payments:

• Payments are non-refundable and non-cancellable, except in the case of concert cancellation, in which payment will be refunded.
• By successfully checking out and paying for the slot, you agree to the risks of joining this stream and accept these terms and conditions.

Viewer Conduct:

• Viewers must behave respectfully. Do not chat on the stream to avoid getting suspended. You may send messages in the respective group chat instead.

Rescheduling:

• If the concert is rescheduled, no cancellations or refunds will be accepted, regardless of schedule conflicts.

Weather Conditions:

• Livestreaming will continue despite weather conditions; we’ll try our best to stream live.

Account Suspension:

• If TWITCH account is suspended, stream will be redirected to a backup channel and will be announced in the group chat.
• If WEVERSE account is suspended, stream will stop and no recorded copy will be provided.

Device Policy:

• Strictly 1 Device = 1 Slot.
• If you are registering for 2 or more people, you can add quantity based on the number of slots/people needed.

Confidentiality:

• Stream is confidential and must not be shared.

Recorded Copy:

• We can only provide a recorded copy in 720p resolution as our uploader changes its format.
• We will try to upload a bigger file if possible. (via telegram)
• Recorded copy will only be recorded during the delayed streaming.
• The copy will be provided 1 week after the delayed streaming.

Privacy:

• Personal information collected will only be used for event-related purposes and will not be shared with third parties without consent
