RETURN POLICY

We have a ‘No Return, No Exchange’ policy. All products in the website are either pre-ordered from South Korea or fully paid to fansites abroad (for fansite merchandise).

• For lighstick, our supplier in South Korea tests the products before its shipment to the Philippines. Any factory defects or dissatisfaction towards the item is beyond our control.

• For albums, DVDs and CDs, all items are official, original and sealed. These products are only available for pre-order from South Korea, returns and exchange are not honoured.

• For other merchandise, apparels, accessories, your items are bought at offline stores in Seoul locally ordered so once the item is delivered to you in the Philippines or to your country, there’s no way for us to return or exchange it if you’re not about the product.
