PAYMENT & FEES

• All purchases must be paid either in partial (30-50% of the total purchases plus the local shipping fee) or in full.

• We accept payment through over-the-counter deposits and mobile bank transfer from BDO, XPAY, Palawan Express, Cebuana Lhuillier, Mlhuiller and GCash; we also accept payment through PayPal, debit cards and major credit cards, buyer will shoulder charges upon sending their payment.

A. All initial payments must be settled upon purchase. Failure to pay after 24 hours will mark the customer’s purchases as ‘Cancelled’.

B. Proof of payment shall be sent to our Facebook Page or email address for the customer’s purchases to be marked as ‘Paid’.

In the event that the customer fails to settle their due balances 15 calendar days after the product is made available for local shipment, we will automatically cancel your order and take 100% of your initial payment as a penalty.

• The price of all products is only exclusive of the local shipping fee.

• Local shipping fee should be computed based on the buyer’s shipping location, the weight, size, quantity and fragility of the customer’s final purchases.

• For international shipping, we used DHL EXPRESS or EMS. Buyer will shoulder all shipping fee and other taxes may apply going to their country.

• The shipping fees calculated on the checkout our on our level only, we may still ask additional charge if your order weight exceeded on minimum kilos, volume of your orders & depends on the distance of your location and extra charge for packaging like for styro foams & bubble wraps.

DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS

• Shipment of items from South Korea takes 4-6 weeks after deadline of payment. Packaging of orders may take 3-5 days.

• Shipment of merchandise from international fansites varies depending on the merchandise availability, the fansites’ chosen courier and country of origin.

• Saranghaeyo Merchandise, our supplier or distributor will not be held liable for any damages of the items during transit from the country of origin to the Philippines.

• Saranghaeyo Merchandise will not be held liable for any delays on shipment from South Korea, international fansites and domestic couriers.

• Saranghaeyo Merchandise will not be held liable for any mistake in the shipping address and personal information given by the customer.

• Saranghaeyo Merchandise serve the right to postpone shipment during bad weather conditions, natural calamities and other acts of nature.

• Local shipment takes 1-3 business days in Metro Manila and 3-7 business days in provincial areas, it may varies upon local courier days of delivery.

A. Once the orders have been sent to the local courier for shipment, Saranghaeyo Merchandise will not be held liable in cases of delay, damage of goods during transit due to unforeseen reasons/circumstances; or dissatisfaction towards the packaging or condition of the product upon receipt of the customer.

• Items that have been returned to us by the local courier due to the following will be marked as ‘Unclaimed’:

Could not find your exact shipping address

Nobody was home to receive the package

Location is out of the serviceable area

We'll smooth out the issue and contact the customer for re-delivery. We may ask for additional fees if deemed necessary.

• The customer shall update us after he/she successfully receives their order, for the order/s to be marked as ‘Received’.
