PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS

• All items are available on a pre-order basis unless stated otherwise.

• Prices may change without prior notice.

• Albums, DVDs, CDs, official goods, magazines and posters are official, sealed, brand new and imported from South Korea unless stated unofficial.

• Fansite merchandise are made and distributed by international fansites.

• Pre-order benefits e.g poster etc. will only be given to customers who paid in full before the product’s official release.

• Your purchases are not reserved and will not be shipped to you until all your dues are fully paid.

• All purchases must be placed on or before the 16th of every month or special batch cut off. Purchases beyond the 16th of every month or special batch cut off will be automatically included in the succeeding batch.

• Changing or cancelling of purchases is only possible if the purchases are still unpaid. Once the down payment is settled, you can only add another purchase but not change or cancel.

• Saranghaeyo Merchandise serves the right to blacklist customers with consistent history of cancelled/unpaid purchases and who used fraudulent payment method.

• Some items might be sold out without prior notice from our supplier. Rest assured that Saranghaeyo Merchandise will refund these.

• Onhand item requires full payment upon purchase. Failure to pay within 24 hours will automatically cancel your order and the product will be made available to the next potential buyer.

• Buyer will received an automated order invoice to their email address right after a buyer places their purchases on the website. Initial payment must be settle in order to secure your order/s. Failure to settle after 7 days, no response from the buyer will automatically cancel your order & will label and post as joy reserver/bogus buyer on our social media sites.

• Saranghaeyo Merchandise will ask the customer for their personal information such as full name, active mobile number, active email address and valid shipping address for shipment purposes only.

• Saranghaeyo Merchandise is not the manufacturer of the products being sold and will not be held liable for any factory defects and/or dissatisfaction towards the products.

• Strictly no cancellation of order. Initial payment or 30%-50% is non-refundable.

• Purchases that have been successfully checked out from the shop automatically mean that the customer has read our Shopping Guidelines and acknowledged our Terms & Conditions.
